“Oh, just a little bit about you and the dice.” Chel nervously closed the notebook.

“Heh, writing a book?” Lexx shifted out from under the blanket he had over his legs. He leaned forward, attempting to look at the notebook from where he was sitting. He was feeling much better. His energy had returned and a good deal of the wing had already regenerated. The nanites were working faster than he thought they would, but the membrane would probably take the longest. “Nobody on Earth would believe you.”

“I don’t believe it myself sometimes.” Chel shifted, laying the notebook on her lap and avoiding looking at Lexx.

“Can I read it?” That was the last thing Chel expected to hear from Lexx.
