"No." Lexx stated adamantly. "You won't do anything, because if you did, you would have to worry about more than myself. Come on, Chel, we don't have to stay here." "I'm sure the AD Council would enjoy reading the list of infractions I've gathered on you, Lexx." Trasik said with a grin. "Might even cause a reset." "I follow the rules all the way." Lexx began to walk away, pushing Chel lightly in front of him. "There's a rule ..." Trasik cheerful tone did not waver."That you cannot play the game on your world of origin, Lexx." "That's stretching it, Trasik. I wasn't born on Earth." "It's open to interpretation ... and several of the council agree with me." Trasik persisted. "Challenge me and I'll drop the inquiry." Lexx froze. The only reason he had not carelessly said yes, was Chel. This was beyond his limited realm of control. If Trasik went on with her inquiry, it could cause further delays. But she had made her statement and she would be held to it. It wrenched his guts sharply into a tangle, but he had to do it. "I challenge you to battle, Trasik."
