That was great, Lexx!" Riley reached out to congratulate Lexx. To Riley's surprise, Lexx stepped aside.
"I'm so glad you're okay!" Chel jumped into Lexx's arms, leaving Riley in an awkward position. He stepped back discreetly, pretending he hadn't intended on doing anything.
"Uh ... guess you would want her attention more than mine ..." Riley muttered apologetically over Lexx's relay.
"That's the last time I will have to fight Trasik, Chel." Lexx hugged her tightly.
"Really? She isn't going to find some other way to get you to fight her?" Chel stared up at Lexx.
"There isn't any other way!" Lexx laughed as he took her hands and spread his wings. "She promised to leave Earth and never come back. In front of witnesses!"
"That's great!" Chel exclaimed."And you didn't even get hurt this time, did you?"
"No! Easiest fight I've every won!" Lexx was beginning to feel lightheaded over the full realization of what had just happened and how easy it had been.
"... Yeah ... Heh." Chel smiled, but she wasn't fully convinced of Lexx's flawless victory. "I don't believe for a moment it's over with Trasik."
