Lexx leaned forward, placing one hand on the bed. He reached out toward Serenity, intending to grab her and shove her off the bed, but Serenity was quicker than he expected and his body did not respond as fast as it should. Serenity snarled and snapped at Lexx’s hand. ===================================================== It's the last day of February and there will be 5 extra updates next month!     Bad Code used intimidate. Serenity’s calm mind prevented stat loss. Serenity used growl. It had no effect. Bad Code used leer. (Calm mind again) Serenity used bite! 😀 Sorry, I couldn’t resist.

    Completely off-topic, but I have to say this:
    I just re-read through the archives, and I really have to compliment the improvement in the art of this comic, the consistent and realistic character development, and the detail of the universe you’ve created. I love Alien Dice.

    Hmmmmmm…with the way the bad code has been using Lexx’s body, I’m left to wonder if this will have any effect?

    I can almost see Lexx standing with his arm extended outward in the air and Serenity locked on that hand as if she was a permanent fixture to Lexx’s arm. All the while, Lexx’s facial expression remaining unchanged since the first panel of this page.
