Riley sighed and stepped out into the arena. The battle was over and he hoped he could catch Lexx’s attention long enough to talk him out of going any further. Lexx’s next opponent, Riley’s armor dice, trundled after him, head raised curiously after watching the match.
Lexx let go of Skate’s neck as her head dipped and body shivered. She was going to pass out and fighting for control of her own body as panic instinctively fought back. Lexx found himself in a coil of Skate’s tail, being slowly carried to the ground.
