Chel and Vic stood in the doorway watching. Riley held up a hand to tell the medics to stay back while he approached the two stunned looking dice and Lexx on the ground. Serenity was laying behind Lexx, leaving him free to move. Lexx had his arms over his head and was grimacing and shaking in pain. The large crimson patch on his chest told the story faster than Serenity could and right now, she appeared stunned into silence.
Sirius lowered his head guiltily, even though he was pretty sure neither Serenity or he had done anything they should not have. “Lexx, what are you doing?” Riley called out to him first as he slowly walked to the dice. They weren’t his dice and he wasn’t entirely sure of the situation or their reactions on first glance. “Sirius?? Serenity, what did you do to him?!”
