"It's amazing. He looks remarkably like an eastern dragon." Mel slowly found her voice and got to her feet. She held out her hand like she was greeting a dog. Sirius was pleased to see his acting had worked, not that he minded being met in such a way. "You're one of the creatures that we've been receiving reports about?"
"I know some of them." Sirius purred receptively as Mel reached out to touch him.
"I'll explain everything, just don't interfere. Don't try to capture them." Chel directed her attention to her father.
"We need them to account for their presence and activities." Victor began seriously. "Your mother and I have spent our entire lives researching extraterrestrial occurrences. Some of them are worse than anything you've ever seen reported. We want answers."

Hah! It’s so cute that you think Lexx or any other alien would ever submit to your authority. You attempt to murder people who turn down offers to be imprisoned and subjected to medical testing. You are beneath their notice. Pray that you manage to remain that way.
