“You should return to your quarters for now…” Kade gestured with one hand down the primary corridor. “Lexx is okay and I need to talk to Claudia. Have either of you seen her?” Vic and Chel shook their heads in unison. Claudia’s missing? Chel blinked back her surprise. Funny, she always seemed to be around when she’s not wanted. “I imagine she is not missing, but likely hiding. I haven’t seen Damian since I arrived either.” Kade mused aloud.

    What I find odd is that he knew what Chel was thinking. Either she was unintentionally broadcasting over her link or he has some was of cutting in.

      I think she was just thinking the question and he was just skipping question and voicing the conclusion.

    Does he know about Chel’s relay? I hope he doesn’t mention it in front of her father…ooooh the bad things THAT would trigger. Though thinking of which, Chel’d better fess up about that soon.

    (I want to know more of how Lexx is, without the bad code and the other problems he’s got to be feeling pretty different now.)
