“Okay.” Riley nodded in agreement as Lexx went after Chel. Then he added across the relay, ‘You really like her, don’t you?’ ‘Drop it, Riley.’ Lexx mumbled dismissively. The Littan was being nosey again. ‘I can’t. Look,… I don’t want Chel to remain angry with me. I would like to be friends, but I’m afraid we got off on the wrong foot,… repeatedly.’ Riley sounded genuinely apologetic. ‘I won’t be in the room when you get there, but I’ll be back later with dinner. Sound good?’ ‘Sure.’ Lexx didn’t feel like giving anything more than short answers, his thoughts concentrated on what to do that would improve Chel’s mood.

  1. What would improve Chel’s mood? That Blood stone was a good start, telling her about the Relay she has and lifting a few more secrets around him might also get him some points.
He wants her to trust him? He wants her to believe him? Then he should start talking to her…otherwise she’ll never understand why he acts the way he does.

On that note, with the Audioring and all: Is he allowed to tell Chel, that he must ‘not speak against the game’ and the Audio ring itself?

  2. Damn, now that he’s got the audioring, he can’t tell her about the relay — installing that relay in an Earthling was illegal as hell, as he pointed out to Stealth when he first found out about it.

,,,Unless… he tells her about it through the relay. They can’t monitor that. But he may scare the hell out of her doing it that way.
