'How frustrating.' Lexx glared at Chel. Chel returned his glare, stubbornly standing in front of him. 'Chel thinks she knows everything. She's reacting out of emotion and not paying attention to the facts.' The thoughts passed through Lexx's mind as though being put there. 'I can't let her emotions get in the way of what needs to be done.'
"You can't stop me." Lexx stated evenly. How dare she go against him like this. Wasn't she supposed to be supportive? Couldn't she see the situation?
