"They'll ki- I just want to be left alone!" Lexx unleashed an uncharacteristic protest. This was not something simple they were asking him to do. It was unthinkable. "Haven't I suffered enough!? I don't need or want your help!" He scanned the faces he recognized and was met with sympathetic and troubled looks.
