"I am not going to die." Lexx whispered as he moved from kissing her on the lips to her cheek. Chel smiled, reeling from a flood of emotions. Lexx had completely opened himself up to her and she could feel his own overwhelming feelings. They were far more intense than her own with a sense of urgency and relief mingled throughout them. Something serious had just occurred.
"..." Chel suddenly remembered where they were and flushed a vibrant shade of red at a very large gathering of grinning aliens. "Uhm, Lexx. We have a little ... audience." She whispered, gently trying to pry his arms off.
"Some privacy please!" Riley immediately whirled on the other guests, a huge grin plastered across his face. He shooed the gathering away as quickly as he could.
