"Lexx?"
The storm was dying. Lexx had tapped most of it for the battle and now, it was sprinkling very lightly. There were still a few lingering bursts of lightning and now, as Lexx opened his eyes, he could see her standing there. "Lexx?" She reached out to him, tentatively.
Lexx closed his eyes, taking a moment to catch is breath. Chel. She was here. She'd seen most of the battle. Who had brought her here? He opened his eyes again and noticed that Epsy, Zeta and Stealth were standing across the field, looking cautious and nervous. Lexx didn't move.
She was standing there.
"..." He swallowed hard, shaking and unsure of what to say or do. "I didn't want to kill her,.." he muttered. "Believe me, Chel." The words suddenly came quickly, "I don't want to hurt any of them."
