Caillem sat patiently on the opposite side of the table as Chel ate.  The three budgieotters scampered around playfully, stopping every few rounds to beg for a piece of fruit from Chel.  Caillem scolded the trio repeatedly, well accustomed to their antics. And watching it all from the comfort of the Great House just out of sight was Trasik.  A scowl crossed her face as she watched the feeds.  One was fixed on Chel and another on the rooms that contained the dice she had just picked up.  Each child was in a separate room and Chel had been put in a secured section of the garden until more private accommodations could be arranged. Trasik just wanted her away from the house and the various servants that might run across her and tell someone else that she was there.  She didn’t need rumors being spread or any information getting out that Chel was here on the Lanier estate. So she had put her in the private gardens, expecting her to stay there or get lost in the maze if she ventured into it.  Trasik assumed since she couldn’t find her way through the maze that neither could a silly human. “What are those dice doing?” Trasik frowned.  “I specifically told them to stay away from the human.”  She had told all of the dice in the garden just that and most of them had left the garden to avoid being near Chel, but now Trasik could see a trio of little troublemakers and more disturbingly, one of Riley’s dice.  “Hmpth, that’s one of Riley’s pets.” Trasik glanced at the dice perched neatly on the back of the couch she was sitting on.  He was a big cream colored dice with a beautiful pink crown that enjoyed living in the house.  He had just come in from being groomed and was seeking a little attention from his mistress, but had said nothing upon entering the room.  Trasik’s dice knew better than to speak without being asked to speak.  For the most part, they lived life as mere animals, only conversing amongst themselves. “Little brother is planning something … but what?  No one can leave the estate without clearance.”  Trasik pondered the question.  She wasn’t sure how Riley had managed to get a message to his dice or if it really was even there because of Riley, but it couldn’t be a coincidence.  Riley’s dice rarely left his floor of the Great House.  They all enjoyed an overly lavish existence as pampered pets in Trasik’s eyes, pets that he didn’t even bother to show.  So why was this one wandering around?

  1. Oh, look, the sore loser dyed her hair blonde. Looks like the jokes can start up there.

  2. Just gets creepier every update.
I don’t like this woman any better than the last one.

  3. Trasik’s actually pretty now. I like her in your new style.

  4. At least now I can trust Riley’s dice.

  5. Sibling relationships can be like that, I should know a have a few.

  6. Yes, that was a nice dramatic irony sort of way to confirm
    “good guy” status.

Blonde Trasik might be able to not scare the daylights out of everyone on sight…if she tries…

I like her giant parrot. I think we have now met Stealth’s social equivelant in Trasik’s dice pool.

Meanwhile, I wonder who can give permission for Chel to leave…could the situation be resolved by a call to her mom/dad…?

    1. Trasik’s mom or dad, I mean…Chel’s dad would be much more drastic…are Trasik’s parents still alive? Do they know what thier daughter has gotten up to?

      1. If you look back Riley’s dad yelled at him and said something about his mom and since she is his sister….

  7. the dice next to trasik loks like a hire levle form of the sherbert collored dice.

  8. It’s funny … I really do NOT LIKE BIRDS … but I love these bird creatures. 😀

  9. But birds are awesome! Until you have to clean up after one.

No one not noone. Noone is noon’s hot cousin. 😉

  10. trasik might look prettier but she is still a b@)(#*($&. sorry for the cusing i just call them as i see them

  11. So apparently chel isn’t allowed to do that.

  12. I think the 2nd time the word Chel is used it should have read Trasik’… “She had told all of the dice in the garden just that and most of them had left the garden to avoid being near Chel, but now Chel could see a trio of little troublemakers and more disturbingly, one of Riley’s dice.”

    1. No, it means that Trasik can see them, as in over the live feed.
