The reply sent chills through Chel's body. 'Just you?!' She shifted to get into a better position, fearing the worst, "Don't come near me or I will punch you! AND,.. I'll scream!!" 'I hope the Dice will hear me, I knew I didn't like Riley. Anyone with fangs can't be trusted!!'
"Pfft." Riley shook his head in amusement, still grinning. "Silly girl," He said in a playful tone, reaching inside his coat and holding out a cube of what looked like disks. "I figured you would be bored and picked up a few things for you. See, just lit disks like Lexx has and a few games. You might want to learn more about our customs and races so we don't have any more misunderstandings. I'm sure Lexx won't mind if you use one of his book plates."

To be fair, Riley has a very good reason to want Chel… specifically, to want her to keep Lexx sane and not too miserable. Oh, and alive if she can manage it, that’d be nice too.
