Stealth stalked across the living area and around the side of the couch. Chel and Vic ignored her, enjoying their dinner. Stealth walked around behind the couch and flopped down on her stomach. She kicked her hind legs out and grumbled to herself, folding her forepaws in front of her and resting her head on them.
There was someone watching who was not ignoring Stealth. “That one needs to be watched closely.”

My guess would be Chel’s mother or maybe one of the other members of the MIB that had that talk with her before she left for a while.

Stealth has always been a bit moody.
But it seems like she’s overreacting a bit. Could the stress of the endgame be getting to her or is it possible that she has kittens on the way?

I doubt kittens, seeing as she was so against Epsy’s. Also it sounded like her’s were taken from her in the past, so she wouldn’t risk even the chance of having kittens without assurance she would get to keep them.
Stress and the fact that she misses being a normal cat? Yeah, that’s quite likely.
