This is why your cape should be on snaps. Also, so you can pull it off and throw it in their face to distract them while you rush forward and gouge out their eyes with a baseball bat.
It’s technically less of a gouging, and more of a squishing, but you get the idea. Capes can be real good when you consider them a weapon.

You know…. Syndrome had the same problem in the Incredibles. Same with Thunderhead, Stratogal, Metaman, Dynaguy, and Splashdown 🙂
