Lexx made up his mind.  He was going to kiss her, right now.  If she let him.  He leaned forward.  Chel didn't say anything, closing her eyes for a brief moment,… until she felt something light hit her back and then sharp pinpoints of claws poke her in a few spots. "Don't mind me!"  Fly chittered, rubbing his head against Chel's head and peering at Lexx.  The Rishan had quickly taken a step backward and tried to look like nothing was going on.  He cursed the little squirrel, who was now cheerfully waving a paw in the air.  "Hi, Lexx!  Want some peanut butter?" Chel smirked, relieved that Fly had shown up.  She really needed to tell Lexx to stop showing up in her bedroom.  "I'm ready to go wherever, Lexx,"  Chel giggled, Fly's whiskers were tickling her cheek.  She noticed the disappointed look on Lexx's face, 'I really missed Lexx,… I can't explain it.  I don't understand why.  All he has to do is give me one of those rare smiles and I feel so,.. special." Lexx nodded, "I'm glad you're coming with me.  I,.. like the company."  He let his wall drop completely and was attempting to be as honest with himself and Chel as he could.  "The dice I'm after is most likely going to take awhile,… I would like to hear about you,.. and your family." "Sure, Lexx,"  Chel was more than agreeable.  It was fun telling Lexx about her life.  He seemed interested in every aspect of it, especially when it came to her family.

  1. Hehe, leave it to the little pets to ruin the moment, huh? Well, at least it wasn’t one of Chel’s siblings…or worse.
