She had looked over while he was speaking and noticed that his lips weren't moving. 'You do realize that neither of us has actually spoken a word, don't you, Chel?' He smiled, showing off a single white fang.
Chel blinked. He was right. In the time it had taken her to look at him, they had a full conversation. She sighed, realizing that if she wanted answers, she would have to speak to someone and while she still didn't fully trust Riley,… he had never harmed her.
