Day 24 Part 2

Chel did not have to think about what she was going to do.  It wasn’t easy to get undressed in front of strangers for any price.  Possibly saving Pitrea made it a small price to pay.  Chel would continue doing what she was told and watching for opportunities to escape, preferably with the kids. Chel reached down and undid the clasp holding her robe closed and stared at the ground as she removed her clothing.  The female Rishan was quick to take the robe from her, but neither she or the male littan said anything.  They did move to stand between her and Trasik, who was standing nearby enjoying the flushed look on Chel’s face as she was humiliated. The male littan held up a sheer white slip for Chel to put on.  Chel allowed herself to be dressed, avoiding the eyes of the servants and thankful that they moved quickly.  They really had no desire to further her embarrassment. Chel seethed, catching a glimpse of Trasik watching from the corner of her eye.  I’m going to stop her.  Before she hurts anyone else, I’m going to stop her.

  1. …and when you do, Chel, don’t forget to double tap. “One shot, one kill” may be fine in the movies, but in practice it is better to spend the extra ammo to make **** sure the target isn’t getting back up.

    1. Anything worth shooting once is worth shooting twice.

Conversely, if it’s not worth shooting twice, why are you bothering to shoot it at all?

      1. now, if it’s not worth shooting twice, once, or none, you should put the entire clip into it…

  2. For a moment I thought that this Littan is staring in astonishment at naked Chel (y’know – strange alien anatomy and all) – then I realized that were his glasses XD

  3. I doubt that glasses have any practical advantage given the tech level (if lasers can correct vision, it should be easy for nanobots). Therefore, the glasses must be a fashion statement. I keep telling my wife, she looks *good* in glasses. The librarian look is hot.

  4. Atta girl, Chel.
@ Starcat5: Why not just empty the first mag into the target? Do the job *RIGHT*.

    1. Nuke her from orbit. It’s the only way to be sure.

      1. Nobody could survive that!
        Nuke ’em twice.

        1. Nuke the whole planet, anything left and any other planets, meteors, etc around the planet.

          Ok, not really, but still…

        2. But, with the level of tech they have, wouldn’t it be typical Alien protocol to have themselves inoculated against ‘primitive’ weapons/radiations? Anything we’ve got of that caliber would probably be little more than an annoyance to them…

Plus you might hurt the kids and the Dice… *Sad face*

  5. I just hope we’re able to watch Trasik get her comeuppance.
