Day 24 Part 3

“Let’s get this over with.”  Lexx jammed his hand into his pocket to grab the modifiers he had prepared for this match.  They were his best, but they might not be good enough, but that was okay.  He wanted to put up a good fight, but in the back of his mind, his own personal plan lingered. Lexx rolled the dice around the palm of his hand once, then let them fall at his feet while Trasik danced in giddily behind her dice and tossed their modifiers behind them.  She was quick to withdraw to a safe spot not far from Chel and Riley.  Damian and Claudia hurriedly gestured to their own dice to revert to dice and scooping them up to join Chel and Riley.  Stealth and Caillem hung their heads and stood their ground.

  1. I can just hear the Techno 7 Remix starting up as those dice drop.

    A.k.a……..MORTAL KOMBAT!!!!!

Lets see where you take this fight Tiff. See you next week at A-kon.

  2. 2d4, 3d6, and 1d12 for modifiers… Let’s hope for some good rolls, Lexx will likely need them, seeing as the d20 monsters he’s fighting are likely max, or near max, side as it is, before the opposing mods.

  3. Remember, during the combat between Lexx and Acadiu, Acadieu was side 19, while Lexx was only a 7; not even HALF the level. Now, Lexx has been training hard to level as much as possible. Additionally, remember that when you have two opponents, you can play them against one another with good positioning.

  4. lol It looks like Trasik is bleeding out of her hands, or throwing little snacks to her dice.

@ Reteo: Yes, but remember, she held back because she wanted Lexx to put her out of her misery. No such luck here, unless these dice really hate Trasik.

    1. or the blood from her hands is the snack for her dice?

    2. Correct me if I’m wrong, but I believe you’re thinking Raine, not Acadiu. Acadiu was a he.

    3. Actually, the master dice that wanted to be put out of her misery was Sicali Riane. Acadiu (a male sairah, by the way) was one of the arena dice that was one of Lexx’s best friends during his academy days. At the end of the fight, Saign even commented on the differences in level… and that even then, Lexx was not breathing hard or sweating.

  5. Dude…. Lexx’s eyes…. scary. Wouldn’t want to be on the receiving end of that glare. But regardless of what Lexx’s modifiers are… regardless of what Trasik just threw… all I can say is…

    Ruh-roh.

  6. All I can say is: “BITCH!” I don’t even know if I’m talking about that Rishan chick who set this up, or Trasik. Maybe both.

  7. today on lexx translations
Lexx: lets get this over with [translation] i’m gonaF*cking kill you after i beat thisdice

    1. ^this^
<3<3<3 and now we must see the battle. something's going to lose a limb.

  8. He should lose both wings this time!

    1. definitely not. 🙁 he should beat the dice while chel murders trasik in the back room. then there should be dancing.
sorry, i know you’re writing it, but that just seems cruel to me.

      1. Oh, yes oh yes. If I was Chel, there would be no way Trasik would survive this battle. If Chel waits 10 minutes, Trasik will be totally engrossed and she could do some damage. Would the ‘native guide’ killing competition be breaking any rules?

  9. I “THINK” what Tiff means is he will level up mid fight and lose the wings. Remember early on Lexx himself saiid/thought the wings will leave at a higher level.

Of course they couyld also both get removed wich would bite royally.
