“Good to know.” Chel nodded slowly, relieved to hear it. Still, for all of Keith’s acceptance of everything going on, she was wary of trusting the same people he did. There were too many alien movies rolling around in Chel’s head for her to accept that they were fully altruistic.
“Someone should suggest Lexx’sisland would be a good place to keep us.” Stealth suggested casually after dragging her tongue over one of her forepaws. The humans looked at her thoughtfully. Stealth stretched and went back to cleaning her muzzle and paws without another word.
