“They’re your animals,” stated Vic pointedly.
“I did not give them permission to breed.” Lexx went on the offensive. Vic almost choked on his coffee, an uncontrolled chuckle caught in his throat.
“Is that how it works?” Vic lifted his cup in Lexx’s direction. “I can forbid you –“
“Dad!” Chel interjected, seeing the conversation was going in an area she didn’t want to deal with right now.
