A few minutes passed.
"I know you're there." Lexx spoke up out of impatience.
"Where's your human companion?"
"What is that to you?" Lexx snapped back. An immediate rush of heat passed through his body.
"A better question is 'What is she to you?'" The voice was snide and probing.
"-WHAT- is that to you?" Lexx scowled. This Littan was attempting to push his buttons and he had to remain calm and collected.
