Chel stared at Lexx in silence.
Riley glanced from one to the other, uncertain of what his presence had done. The tension was annoying.
"Soooo Lexx, are we going to play or take a break so you can make out with Chel?" Riley pushed the two of them a step closer. He was trying to lighten the mood, but the only thing he accomplished was a slight blush on them. They stared at each other, letting the question sink in.
"We are just friends!" They looked away from each other, keeping their eyes averted.
