Lexx was immediately pulled back into the reality that he was being followed around by a very persistent brother. “I just wanted to apologize …” Zaile wished he could take his words back. He had not intended to call Lexx an idiot. It had just spilled out of his mouth when he opened it. “You have an odd way of doing it.” Lexx growled. “leave me alone.” “Do you really want that?” “Since when does what I want even matter?” Lexx kept walking, speaking angrily. While one part of his mind was walking on clouds and going over the things he wanted to say to Chel, the other was in a very volatile mood. “Since when does anyone in this universe think about anyone but themselves?” He stared ahead. It was easy to say such things if he didn’t have to look at Zaile. A glance had already told him that his brother was sincerely trying to apologize, but Lexx was not willing to immediately let his anger go. Mom and Dad didn’t have a choice. Lexx interjected over the relay. It wasn’t something he felt should be said aloud. “And you’re the idiot here, not me.” Lexx added.
