"Oh no ... is this thing on ...?" Chel picked up the luggage tag and turned it over in her hands. It was not a reflection. The light was actually blinking. "Oh crud, it is! They know exactly where I am! They know where WE are! And to think I thought a GPS in my luggage tag would be great in case it was lost!" Chel mumbled to herself, trying to think of what she should do now. There was a chance that she could stop this if she acted fast enough. "Something wrong?" Fly peeked around the edge of the curtain. "Yeah, I have to go, Fly! I'll be back in a few minutes." Chel stated. "Can I go?" "No." Chel shook her head. "If anyone comes by I need you to tell them I'll be back. Energy, come in here!" "Yes?!" Energy barged through the curtain, almost stepping on Fly as the much smaller dice scrambled to get out of the way and hopped up onto the bed. "You're coming home with me." "I am?" Energy cocked his head to one side in confusion. "Yes, you're just the dice I need." Chel smiled slightly. He was perfect.
I am looking for people who are attending anime conventions to leave postcards for Alien Dice at. I'm also looking for people who would like to deposit a few Alien Dice business cards at places where there are likely to be people interested in the comic, like.. bookstores and comic shops. (Stick a card into a graphic novel in a store here or there.) People ordering Alien Dice stuff from the store, like the bags and such, over $5 will also be receiving a special limited edition Alien Dice pen featuring Zeta and Epsy while supplies last. I have a hundred of them. Some have already gone out. I'm using one myself and they're nice. (They're larger pens, not the stick pens.) I've mailed out all the postcards today, posters are not in and for some reason, I'm having problems getting the Energy pins done. There've been a lot of delays and I keep having to prod the company.

  1. Wait, she KNEW of the GPS in her bag? Jeez, and there I thought her parents snuck it into her bag.

    1. No, I don’t think she did… until she seen it and connected the dots in quick order…. I think she wants Energy with her to make a point …. o_0

    2. Yeah, she knew the GPS was in her bag, she put it in there in case her luggage was lost or stolen… which is a good idea, come to think of it. In her panic to escape the house, she completely forgot about it, which is understandable. (Seriously, how many of us carry around smartphones
, which can also be used to track our locations and never think about it?)

  2. If I wanted to show my parents any dice, I think Fly would be one of my top choices. Nothing like an adorable little squirrel says “This isn’t dangerous”.

    1. Rabid squirrel. Those two words together create a horrifying image.
