Please treat him well. We do not do this for just anyone. The remaining architect spoke up mentally, a tiny turn of his mouth showing he was smiling. “Can I ask one question?” Vic suddenly ventured. He was observant enough to note the show of emotion and either pride in what had been accomplished on Lexx or simply a fondness for Lexx. Vic figured he could at least try to get one answer to a question that was bothering him. I do not have to answer, but ask. The grey nodded as though he was amused by anyone daring to ask him anything. “You said you were going to do this anyway?” Vic frowned despite himself. Yes. “Were you going to tell him before you did it?” The grey’s expression did not change. His eyes betrayed amusement and curiosity that had not been evident in the other greys.

  1. I’ll take that as a “No”.

  2. Plaease? Typo…

Also, poor Lexx. Everyone always just makes decisions and acts upon them without ever consulting him, friends and foes alike. 🙁

    1. Not a typo. That particular architect has a speech impediment. Thanks for pointing it out, you insensitive prick.

  3. “Please” is misspelled. Can’t wait to find out what Lexx did for them…

(D’oh! Someone beat me to it.)

  4. Valid question – and I confess, not one I would have thought to ask. Good for you, Vic.

  5. I answered your one question.

  6. The little humans had better be careful… Impress the greys // give them way too much to think about — and they may take a lot more interest in the earth.

    1. Funny, it’s like he’s somehow formed a negative impression of the greys and their take on consent issues from …somewhere.

      (What’s his job again?)

      1. To follow up on this one, since the text for the comic has been retroactively added to the strips where their ship first shown up, it’s pretty clear that the Greys are interested in Earth and have been committing what he considers to be atrocities against humanity.

Vic was scared when they showed up for good reason and was horrified to see confirmation of what he’d only read in reports about before.

  7. Im willing to bet that if Lexx had been in any shape for them to talk to him they would of let him know what they were going to do for him, after all Lexx was in VERY bad shape when they managed to arrive. Lexx’s life was basicly hanging by a thread.

  8. Ha! I love Vic. He is a total hard-ass, yet at the same time he is also the one with the most compassion and understanding. He needs to be in more of the comics.

  9. That’s an parent for ya. They come up with the question that even the smartest beings don’t have an answer to… except maybe “touche”

  10. Vic is suspicious as usual… and probably with good reason.

On an unrelated note, I am having serious problems with spam adds trying to get me interested in free crap like iPhones and WalMart and Amazon gift cards. They redirect me from the page and it is very annoying, especially because it sometimes happens 2-4 times while I am trying to get to the same comic! The sites are ingmatic.com and tiesearch.com if that helps. Currently reading on my phone, so maybe it’s not an issue for most people, but it only seems to happen on this site and it’s driving me batty. I’ll soldier through, but I’d there’s anything you can do to get rid of them I would be grateful.

    1. Blocked those domains, so hopefully it will stop.
