“Tell me what I did, Riley.” Lexx walked into an adjoining room with Riley close behind, considering what he was saying. Lexx was tired, even though he didn’t want to admit it. He had been walking around back and forth looking through the room he had been given without any real interest other than avoiding the bedroom. Now, he settled down onto the foot of his bed.
It was a better quality one than what he was accustomed to. He couldn’t help but bounce a little and feel even more tired in the process.
“After you rest,” Riley stated with a fake gruffness. “Everyone around here needs a nap… so cranky.”
“Ok. Ok.” Lexx didn’t put up much of a fight. It had occurred to him, that if he could just get Riley out of the room, he might get a few moments to speak with Chel over the relay. The closer Riley was, the more likely he would figure out what he had planned.
“We can deal with this after a few hours of sleep.” Riley smiled, unaware a very similar conversation was going on just a few floors away.
Victor and Chel invited themselves to stay in Keith’s room. It had two separate bedrooms and Keith had quickly volunteered to sleep on the couch. After his run in with Claudia, he was more than happy to have the only two humans on the ship in the same place as he was.
Chel had reluctantly been talked into going back to bed by her father. Serenity and Sirius were going to stay in her room with her and the door would be left open, just in case. Chel didn’t feel it was necessary to argue. If it made her father feel safer, it was best to let him do what he wanted. It didn’t bother Chel. She knew that whatever had happened with Lexx was over.
Now, Vic was shaking his head following their conversation about how things would change when they got home. It wasn’t going to be as bad as Chel had feared, but it also wasn’t going to be like it was.
“And then I’m going to talk to Lexx.” Chel stated without any room for budging on that one thing. Her father might be uncomfortable with her being around Lexx, but he would surely get over it if he just got to know him.

Two designs done. 4 & 5 are completed. Now I just have to finish 1-3 so I can start the kickstarter!
Just emailed everyone who has donated to thank them! There is still $210 to go to the end of the month - all of which will be going toward Rent/FOOD/Medications. There will be no updates over July 4th week for the holidays and so I can get on top of all that missed text while Kim is NOT here.

no, Chel told him to go get dressed when he came out of the room over it.
they’ll probably use it once theyre both alone.

I had not considered the relay. Although, they both probably WILL get some sleep. Eventually.
Then again, maybe Riley’s considered the relay and he’ll be listening to keep them from chatting through it.

I’m betting they’re there to reassure Vic that Chel will be protected if anything goes wrong again.
And for being utterly, almost disgusting, CUTE.

Cute nuthing, thats the Canine left over from their respective dog forms. So this Day and it’s events are comming to an end. While peaceful lets see if the ADC or the “Galactic Government” decides to screw with Chel and Lexx one more time (I’m putting good odds on it)
