“Chalupa is my ‘pet’. She’s a baby chupacabra.” Keith attempted to explain. “She was a runt. Her mother kicked her out of the nest and I rescued her.” “Against protocol, I might add.” Victor said. “If I left her, she would have died and she’s rarer than the other two kinds.” Keith pointed out more to Vic than Chel. “Other two?” Chel tried to wrap her mind around that thought. “One of the founding principles –you- outlined was that the top priority of C.U.T. is to protect cryptids in their native habitats.” Victor dug at Keith in annoyance. The animal should not have been left behind. If it had been, none of this would have happened. He really hated that monstrosity. “Cryptids?” Chel waited for someone to explain further.

  2. Hahaa funny, I didn’t think many ppl still remembered this stuff.

  3. ‘Cryptid’ -> Living specimen of species, which have been thought extinct and are thereby ruled under the general scientific field of Cryptozoology.

Thank you, please take your seats again.

    1. thank you ^-^

  4. Do interns normally write policy?

  5. Keith, you are an asshole. Doesn’t matter if you ‘mean well’, protocols exist for a reason. You are a freaking intern. You should have been kicked out and had Chalupa taken away the minute you were found out.

    1. Protocols lack flexibility. They are useful for the vast majority of the situations, but should not be followed blindly. Those who insist that they be followed blindly are poor leaders.
