“Lexx, as I said, it’s against our principles.”  Victor replied in a strained voice.  “But you must understand that position can change.  If more innocents are involved then they may eventually turn to the ‘end’ as a last resort.”  Vic wasn’t sure that they would go that far, but he wasn’t about to let Lexx know the full extent of that meeting. They wouldn’t jeopardize Lexx’s presence.  He was the only one who could handle the creatures causing all the havoc.  Their attempts had caused more harm than helped and they had a difficult time locating the animals.  They were smarter than the average earth animal and manyu of them acted precisely like the animals they had bonded with, giving them an edge over any hunter. Lexx nodded. “But,”  Victor’s voice changed abruptly with parental seriousness, “If you do anything to Chel or cause her any harm – you will be on your own.”  And that struck fear into Lexx’s heart.

  1. Says who, Vic? It’s chels decision. (Yeah, I know, their house, their rules, but she will probably move out soon anyway.)

  2. So, basically, Vic is saying that Lexx can’t truly trust them because they might change their minds.

  3. I still think Lexx is worrying over nothing, I doubt Chel gave them information that could cause a reset. I think Vic is talking about taking down the dice with lethal force, personally? Or maybe attempting to capture Lexx and his friends. Lexx really needs to talk to Chel and find out what Vic knows!
