"This ... is a secret more important than any I've ever told you." Chel pulled her knees up to her chest and rested her arms on them.
"Ok. I understand." Keith nodded.
Chel stared at Keith. He was giving her his full undivided attention. He had never told her secrets. She could trust him. She needed to tell someone, everything.
Chel took a deep breath.
"I met an actual alien a few weeks ago, several in fact." The words tumbled out uncontrollably the moment Chel began speaking. It was such a relief to talk. "I've been on spaceships and traveled through space with him and several others."
Now, either the MIB jump out and take Chel into custody…or Keith starts laughing and considers her insane or on drugs…that he actually believes her and nothing happens is the least probable option.
