In the real world, Victor was beginning to get worried. He was unsure what was going on, but a tiny voice in the back of his head immediately went to wondering if Chel was okay. Zeta shifted out of Lexx’s way as his hand dropped back beneath his cloak.
“Lexx?” Vic ventured again.
Lexx blinked, but didn’t respond to Victor. He couldn’t even ‘see’ him. Something is very wrong. Lexx tried harder to locate Chel’s relay signal, quickly scanning a wider network of signals.
Victor and Zeta were left to stare blankly at each other and Lexx.
