“Taum and Rume!”  Caillem exclaimed gleefully. “Will you ever grow out of your games, Caillem?”  Grandmother didn’t sound very amused. “No.  No, I think not.”  Caillem chuckled. Chel watched the pair of them bickering back and forth in confusion.  This was Lexx’s grandmother!  He DID have family.  Taum and Rume were maybe cousins? “What is going on here?”  A woman’s voice broke through Chel’s speculation and she looked up to first see the two boys had returned and then she fixated on the woman in surprise.  “The boys – who –“  The woman looked just as startled to see Chel.

    Oh look it’s lexx’s wife… That would be so epic !
    And considering the dice game structure; not so unthinkabe. Lexx’s offspring would probbably fetch a good price on the black market. Could be wrong, but i hope im not…

      Err… W.T.F., Gremalkin? I was going to go with Lexx’s Aunt. Taum and Rume’s Mother.

      Actually, that’s exactly what makes it unthinkable… for Lexx. He’d rather start over than sire a child to go through it.

        I’ve gotten the impression that Lexx would rather die than let his child become ADC property. And I’ve also got the feeling that he’d prefer death over starting over.

        Still, I see a third option beyond complete freedom and losing the game. It’s not as good as winning, but it would be enough to keep Lexx sane.

        Although, that’s a guess I’m keeping to myself.

    Another one? Thought purple girl was taken for Lexx.
    Also the speech in this comic is odd. Woulds make more sense with “Taum and Rume’s” but I am unsure the intent.

    We haven’t seen Grandad yet. All we’re seeing is the back of the speaker; there’s no guarantee this is a lady joining them.

    Actually, I was going under the impression that the young ones are clones of Lexx.. the one that entered the entered the room is a slightly older version.

    Ack! I hope it’s not one of the women who had tricked Lexx into sleeping with her in the past. O.O
    Remember it had been mentioned that there was a certain sound that tricked the nano’s in Lexx into not fighting off the affects of alcohol, so that he ended up being completely drunk and not capable of fighting off the advances of women. Grrrr better not be one of those women. I love the cute boys, but it’s gonna suck if they do in fact turn out to be his sons. T_T
    I’m all for a huge loving and passionate relationship between Lexx and Chel!

    Well you have to go from the previous comic… He’s saying that the woman is Lexx’s Grandmother as well as the two young ones.. so it means that they could be clones or could be siblings that Lexx didn’t know about! So he is kinda teasing Chel, which is playing a game with her.. At least thats how I got it!

      Good call on going back a page. Lexx’s grandma wanted Caillem to elaborate on who she was not keep introducing people. In other words: I GET THE JOKE! 😀
