She didn't get a reply. It had to be Kip.
"Kip, what are you doing under there?" Kip lifted up the blanket and peeked into the darkness. "I-"
"Shhhh." Kip whispered.
"Kip, you're starting to worry me." Chel pulled the blanket up over her head and whispered back to the AI. She wasn't really sure why she was whispering. "What are you doing?"
Kip made his way to Chel's face, his little form glowing very slightly. He wasn't smiling. He looked serious, which made Chel worry more.
"They know." He stated flatly, letting the words sink in.
