The agent sifted through the pictures, glancing at the notes attached to them.  He picked up a magnifying glass and went over the details.  When his department had been handed this particular project, he had not been convinced of its authenticity.  Aliens?  Real Aliens?  The strange creatures were one thing,… they had stacks of reports dating back to colonial days that had never been released of 'mythological creatures', but had never managed to capture one.  It seemed that these creatures were smarter than the average animal. But the aliens? They looked so human at first glance. It took a magnifying glass to see the details. Fortunately there were good digital photographs of the aliens. Two of them had been seen all over Hawaii, an alien that looked very much like a tall, thin man with hair that almost touched the ground and a pale complexion. The other had appeared to be a female which several people had thought was just someone walking around in makeup pretending to be an elf. That was,… until her hair color changed from purple to golden brown and her skin tone with it. The others had only been glimpsed and most were not very good images.  One had reacted with hostility toward the unlucky man who snapped his photo.  Apparently,… he did not like his picture taken and had let the man know by throwing him into a car. Victor concentrated on the image of Damian. The ears were sloped down and conical in shape. They were obviously inhuman. If only they could mobilize quickly enough to encounter one. They might need to do a capture to learn what was going on if they would not speak and attempted to leave. They would have to be prepared for using physical force if they had to.  These aliens could not be allowed to continue to roam freely around Earth.  It didn't do well for keeping the conspiracy nuts from insisting that if one 'conspiracy' was real, then every single other one had to be real as well.  That was not something the organization was ready to deal with.

  1. Is that Chel’s hair I spy in the picture furthest to the left?

    1. No, that’s an ear.
