Lexx got off the chair he'd been sitting in, taking a moment to look at his now bound wing.  He could see hundreds of clear stitches binding the torn skin of his wing together.  It wouldn't take too long for the nanites to do the rest of the work, but it'd leave a noticeable scar. The jagged bits of skin that had healed had been cut away to encourage the nanites to 'sew' the two pieces back together once they were stitched together. "My clothes?"  Lexx turned an inquiring eye on Riley, who was already holding up a green folded cloth to him. "I sent them down to be mended,"  Riley smiled as Lexx took the cloth, shook it out and examined the cut to see how it fit.  It was a very simple covering, with only a hole for the head and meant to be slung over the shoulders.  "Sorry I don't have anything better, Lexx,… clothes designed for wings are as you know,… hard to come by." "It works,"  Lexx pulled it over his head.  "Speaking of scary women,.. where's Claudia?" "She went back to Earth to pick up the dice.  She'll be back at midmeal and bring them along.  I expect you to stay for it."  Riley replied. "Nowhere else to be," Lexx shrugged, "I don't want Chel to see me like this." "You have it bad."  Riley smiled.  "Hasn't been more than a day, has it?" "I miss her."  Admitted Lexx flatly, something else dragging on his mind.
