Lexx didn’t need to see anything else. This dice was special and he reminded Lexx of himself in many ways. He desperately wanted a chance and Lexx would give it to him. Lexx understood him.
“If I have a good master, I will do my best.” Crash stated hopefully.
“Ok, you’ll get your chance to prove it. Chel will treat you well.” Lexx smiled at the dice and the look of relief that crossed Crash’s face was an immediate reward. Crash trilled and squinted his eyes, the corners of his mouth turning up in a huge smile.
Lexx was sure he had made the right decision.
