The Rishan turned to Chel, softening her expression, “Chel, the place we want to take Lexx is an entirely Rishan populated planet.” She swept her hand out and as she did the surrounding area changed to an image of space. Stars flashed out around Chel and then a round sphere appeared by the Rishan’s hand. She waved her hand and it rotated, showing what appeared to be a small green planet with a shield encompassing it. It wasn’t what Chel would have referred to as a planet, but more like a large chunk of rock with a space station wrapped around it.
“The ADC is banned from it. Lexx would be safe.” The Rishan smiled at Chel again.
“You need to talk to Lexx.” Chel stared at the slowly rotating sphere, unsure what to think of it.
“You can come too.” The Rishan offered, still smiling.

sounds like a decent plan, course Chel would be leaving her family behind, but they would both be safe

The problem isn’t the plan itself, the problem is that they’re setting this up without consulting Lexx in any way.
It’s true that Lexx is in many ways unprepared for independence. But making big, life-changing decisions for him without his knowledge isn’t exactly a great way to help him adapt.
The irony is that if Lexx demanded a say, they probably wouldn’t listen to him – which is why Chel has to be his advocate for the time being.

Now tell me what’s going to stop them from coming after Lexx…

Well, the plan would be to grab him and sneak him there. 😀 He’d be in hiding, not free.

They’d have to know about the ADC to lodge a ban request. 😀 Maybe they’re moving that way?

Maybe Earth could build a really big wall. I keep hearing people say that works for keeping out unwanted aliens. 🙂

Something tells me that if they don’t have the firepower to back it that ban is little more than political posturing.
