It is hard to tell in static images, but can the creature fly or did it just leap into the air to snag Lexx’s arm?
If it can not actually fly but just move quickly, then running away on foot may not be the best strategy someone who CAN fly.
It’s just jumping. 😀
This reminds me of Doctor Who. Now he has a fighting hand.
