Unfortunately, using that now is a gamble, as are most ‘Ace In The Hole’s. You don’t want to use it too soon on something you might have survived without it, in case you are even more in need of it later, and don’t have it to use. But then, you don’t want to be hanging on to the Mother Of All Bombs forever and never use it when needed, and loose.
Oh! That’s right! Lexx can manipulate gravity, but it takes a lot of energy, and I think this is his one freebie big use.
But, yeah. It’s a six hour cooldown in a 2 hour MMO Raid. You MIGHT take down that early surprise boss, but the final boss of the Raid might be even worse that the lumps you’d take from the early one.
Then again, a monster that shoots lightning and splits into two after taking a bunch of damage… it’s probably not bad to stomp this foe early.

Chances are, the beating Lexx might have taken here will balance out with the trouble he has later in the Gauntlet.

Enn with one off items you also run the risk of never using it till its to late better to use at some point.
