Day 17, Evening That evening, Chel sat out on the porch, staring up at the sky.  She had taken a lot of time to think about what had happened and was much better now.  She was still a little angry, but trying to work through it. Lexx had said Stealth did it, but he should have known what his own dice was doing.  He should have been able to stop her.  Did he let her do it?  Was the relay why she felt the way she did?  Chel had not stayed around long enough to have it explained to her and now,.. she had a lot of questions.  But she didn't want to go back to see Lexx just yet. 'What do I do?'  She sighed and wondered if any of those lights up there were Lexx's ship.  Probably not.  He said the ship had advanced cloaking mechanisms that hid them from sight when necessary when he was in orbit.  Most of the time the ship was on the dark side of the moon where Damian and Claudia's ships were also 'hiding'.  There was always a chance someone would see them. 'He told you, didn't he?'  Chel knew who the voice belonged to immediately.  Him again.  What she didn't realize was that he was speaking to her over the relay. 'Go away, Riley,'  Chel responded quickly, hoping the littan would listen to her, "I don't want you here right now." 'Unlike Lexx,.. I'm not going to cower at your anger.'  Riley walked around the side yard and up to Chel.  She couldn't help but notice the strange looking creature perched on his shoulder.  One of his dice, she assumed.  It was a beautiful pale orange color with red eyes.  It appeared to be feathered with an impressively long orange and crimson tail.

  1. Riley to the rescue!!! :3

  2. Most of the time? He’d have to be at Earth-Moon L2 to stay on the far side, I imagine that patch of space is getting surprisingly crowded right now with at least four ships hiding out.
