“Do something! Please! Riley!!” Chel tugged hard on Riley’s hand. He had let her go now that the dice were in play and lad little fear that she would try to interfere at this point.
“There’s nothing I can do.” Riley stated, resigned to the facts that were laid out before him and the knowledge that he couldn’t do anything to stop it.
“Using two masters against one is cheating, Trasik!” Lexx tried to keep his voice even.
“On the contrary,” laughed Trasik. “When you challenge someone in their own home-“ She paused for affect, offering up a sweet fanged smile, “it’s legal.”

Ah! There it is! Trasik’s “loophole”.

Never mind that you kidnapped someone to get the challenger there.
You’d think there’d be laws against this kind of chicanery.

aperently not in the universe

The rules for alien dice interpreted for people who want to stretch those rules against the player — always remind me of the futurama episode where they go to the internal beaurocracy building “It is technically correct — the BEST KIND of correct.”

How?
Douse your nose, and run like crazy!

*blinks* um why does that make it legal? How on earth (in the universe actually) does that make it legal? ADC crap, ADC crap. Pretty sure that rule is brand spankin’ new.
Riley should get Stealth and get Chel out of there. Just so she won’t be there screaming and distracting Lexx. She can watch and scream on the ship.
The almighty 404
It makes it legal because she threw a whole slew of money at the ADC and asked them to make it legal. They complied because they don’t want to see him win either.

Trasik is always so very content in her evil. It just flows so very naturally.

Reminds me of a line from Phanom Menace: “I will MAKE it legal.”

It occurs to me that there is a way out of this that is far easier than beating two Masters. Getting away with it is the hard part.

That might anger Riley.
If I were faced with a pair the first thing I would try to do is get them to fight each other.

@centkin: I prefer plan “Set Everything On Fire And Hope For The Best”.

I would like to steal and alter the deed to the house. It’s mine now– let’s get some backup in there for Lex!

I am betting a rule like that was already in place. The ADC doesn’t exactly strike me as the “fighting fair” kind of organization. Also considering this is a game meant for the elite like Trasik, there are bound to be rules that go in the favor of those who actually pay to play, kinda like certain “free” online games where if you pay them for some sort of token you can get items that give you a major advantage over those who don’t.

You forgot an “n” in Trasik’s dialogue. “When you challenge someone iN their own home.”
Keiya
Yknow, there’s a way out of this one, easy. If she’s disowned and thrown out, it’s not her home.
