“Dad!” Chel’s annoyed expression immediately changed to an exaggerated smile as soon as she saw her father. The subject was immediately changed and she was grateful for it. “how long have you been here and where is Lexx?” Vic glanced down at his plate, idly taking a bite out of a quarter sandwich. “Two sandwiches long and he’s in the first room on the right.” He waved at the room Lexx had gone into. Chel glanced at the room and at her father, who was watching her in a way that indicated that she should probably not go running to talk to Lexx. Instead, she turned to the table with the trays of food on it. Keith nodded to Vic and quietly followed Chel to investigate dinner. “Mmmm,” Chel picked up a plate and began piling sandwich squares and triangles onto it. “Tuna, ham and cheese, peanut butter and grape jelly.” She glanced at her father with a smile. “Feels like grade school.” It really did. Some of the sandwiches had their crust cut off and most of them were cut into halves and quarters. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Ok, THIS week I'm CURRENT! Yay!! There are FIVE updates this week! I may do them all manually. Right now, I am starting work on the text. There are not any daytime interruptions this week!! Now, I do have Nightmare Nights coming up in November, but I'm going to try to get 3 day updates ready then there should be more 5 day ones! Text is updating from here. I spent the weekend with a 22" monitor on my lap. Not ideal. The laptop is still available for $2,000 or best offer. Please pass it along. I'm going to put it on ebay soon, but I don't really want to deal with fees. The information is here. Funds will be used to get a replacement laptop. - Tiff
