“Who are you?!” Kade pushed Mel back enough so that he could look her in the eyes.
“My wife.” Vic spoke up before Mel could, coming through the door. He was relieved to see the walls of a ship and a familiar face over the various other horrors he had imagined could be waiting for them on the other side of the door.
“Ok,” Kade grimaced at Vic, trying to free his hands from Mel’s inquiring grip.
