A few minutes later, Lexx glided to the top of a tall building. It wasn't the highest building, but it was in an area that didn't seem to have as many vehicles parked around the base of it.
"Did the landing meet your approval that time, Chel?" Lexx inquired, setting the girl down carefully.
"Heh, yes, Lexx. Thanks!" Chel grinned, quickly walking to the edge of the building. She leaned over to get a better look at the street far below. "I've never seen the city from that high before. It's really pretty." Chel commented.
The roof of the building they were on was fairly well lit, but there were few lights on in the building itself. Chel peered down the side of the building at a relatively vacant street. A single car slowly passed, then merged onto a busier adjoining street.
