"Hey, Guys, nice to see you too." Chel knelt down to pick up the ever cuddling Drift. Fly took advantage of Chel's lowering to leap up on her shoulders and curl himself around her neck. Energy sat up and arched his neck to bring his head to Chel's level so she would get the point that he wanted a scratch before she went any further. "Where's Lexx?" Chel ran her fingers through a mass of Energy's silky chin fur, stroking him just under his jaw line. "He didn't have a very good night." Energy purred in delight, the tip of his tongue sticking out in a way that always amused Chel. "Sulking as usual." Fly chirred, keeping a watchful eye out for Stealth. "So glad to see you, Chel!" Swiftpaw hopped excitedly from four feet to two and then back again, fluttering the tips of his wings. Chel grinning, realizing she didn't quite have as many hands as she needed for the seemingly attention starved dice. "Good morning, Chel." The dice suddenly moved out of the way. Lexx stood in the doorway of the sleeping area. He had been fitfully trying to do something with his hair for the last hour and still wasn't happy about it. Chel blinked. He sounded like Lexx. But his voice had changed. She took in the differences quickly, starting with his hair. Longer, with a purple sheen and a golden lock. She wondered what he had done to himself. Was this a roll up or had he actually colored his hair? No,… there were physical differences. For a moment, she thought he had lost his wings, then realized that they were folded under his overcoat. The tips were visible, hanging within inches of the floor. Lexx's ears were longer and the look on his face betrayed a strong feeling of uncertainty. "Is something wrong?" Lexx ventured, feeling uncharacteristically timid. "Were we not going to meet on the beach?" Chel blinked. It was Lexx.
