“It wasn’t Lexx.” Serenity spoke as she sat up next to Riley and gestured to Lexx’s still form. “He’s not awake.” “Then how did he get here?” Riley inquired turning his attention to Serenity. She bowed her head, then gestured with her muzzle in Stealth’s direction. “Ask Stealth.” Stealth’s ears went back as all eyes rested upon her. The corners of her mouth pulled up to show off her fangs as she gave Serenity an annoyed look. “Thank you so much, Serenity.”

  1. Uh-oh, Stealth…

  2. Haha! I love Serenity’s smile in the last panel. And Stealth’s expression is perfect. Though I don’t see what the problem is. Does she just not like being in the spot light?

    1. Stealth either doesn’t know, or doesn’t care for the fact that it might look like Serenity is blaming her.

      1. Stealth does not like giving bad news, (see–waiting till the last possible moment to tell Lexx about Epsy laying eggs) she wanted Serenity to give an explanation. I can empathize with Stealth’s viewpoint, I often feel the same way.

Serenity is having Stealth explain because she can give a more complete acount.

  3. *laughing* Yay for Hot-Seat Hot -Potato! Though I do agree that Stealth needs to take responsibility for not warning Lexx’s friends that he has a serious problem.
