Chel gasped, witnessing the bite and flash of pain. Lexx's eyes widened in shock as razor sharp teeth sunk into the soft flesh on the left side of his neck and Chel remembered the nasty scar as it was today. The Littan held on tightly, pulling Lexx roughly toward her. He didn't protest vocally. He struggled, but his movements were too weak to push the Littan away. "She bit me…" Lexx's shocked voice echoed repeatedly around Chel. "This - isn't what I want." Clarice shifted her bite, sending a gush of crimson blood flowing down Lexx's shoulder and arm. The sick sensation in Chel's stomach twisted at the sight. Lexx's body trembled, then he fell to his knees with the Littan still clinging to him like a leech. She was drinking his blood ravenously and showed no signs of stopping. "Stop, stop,… Clarice, don't you hear me, stop!" Lexx was crying out in pain, but the words were not making it to his mouth. He was too busy gasping and dealing with a quickening darkness. "Lexx, no! I don't want to see this!" Chel suddenly found her voice and screamed for the memory to end. It wasn't fully over, but it did begin to fade. The forms of Lexx and Clarice faded into shadows and were briefly joined by a third that was screaming something.
