“And if she knew you were still here, things would be far worse.”  Grandmother pointed out calmly. Lessa’s face darkened as though a shadow had crossed over it and her eyes narrowed at the thought.  “She wouldn’t dare!”  Lessa then turned to Chel.  “I apologize, Chel-see.  That Littan $%#@ brings out the worst in me.” Chel couldn’t understand the word Lessa had used, but knew by the tone what it likely meant.  “Trasik?”  She inquired, since no one had actually said her name. “Don’t even give her the courtesy of a name.”  Lessa nodded and barely kept her voice from snapping.

  1. Heh. I *like* her.

    1. @Sabreur Sort of random, but did you used to play Neopets? Your name sounds really familiar, and I think it’s from that.

      1. It’s been a loooong time, but yeah! Are you one of the old guildies?

  2. this woman is not what I was expecting of Lexx’s mother.
don’t know what I was expecting though.

    1. Expected or not, I like her XD

  3. Epic name fail is epic… unless see is the equivalent of a Japanese honorific.

  4. Okay – I guess I’ll let Riley slide on not telling Lexx if telling him would endanger the family..

  5. Nameless, we declare her nameless. Let her very existence be forgotten…

Okay, overyly dramatic perhaps, but I do like that ‘don’t even grant her a name’ bit.

  6. “Chel-SEE” ^-^ All hail English! Even advanced outer-stellar aliens have trouble with you.

I like Lexx’s mom more and more.

Trasik has been reduced to Voltimort: She who must not be named. 😀 You know you were all thinking it.

  7. Wow! Who swiped the RR-Xing signs?
I like this woman and her attitude.
Let us for get the very existance of Trasik.

  8. Intriguing that Lexx’s family are hiding from Trasik right under her nose. Was this a cruel irony or strategic ploy?

@random: I play Neopets! 🙂 (and I use the same name on Neopets as here)

  9. Where is an upthumb option for the comments left here??
